For the first time since it started, the LIMER Personal Finance Conference took place over a 2-day period on June 27 and 28, 2016.
Themed #SavingIsPossible, this edition of the Conference had as participants 78 undergrads and jobseekers on Day 1 and 238 business and career professionals on Day 2.
Feedback from the Conference was that it was very timely, taking place at the half-year mark when many people are re-examining their finances for the year and strategizing on how to make the most of the remaining 6 months of the year.
In the words of one of the participants…
“Everything was okay the way you did it. Nothing could have been done differently. It was well organised. You kept to time. And everyone flowed along well . It was just the perfect type of conference.” – Monica

Special mention must be made of our Moderator, the delectable Youthful Yetunde Macaulay (@myetunde) of the MyDreamConnect Learning Center
who ensured that the Conference moved along according to schedule.
The next edition will hold on Saturday, August 27, 2016 with a focus on Retirement Planning.
Please let me know if you’d like to work with us on this, alright? Opportunities abound for collaboration.
Thank you for being a part of our story.
